After careful consideration and analysis of recent decisions from city and state officials, health and safety experts, and many conversations between all of the teammates here at 710 ESPN and our partners, we have reached the incredibly difficult decision of announcing that we will postpone the Inaugural 710 Mandy Awards on Sunday, February 6th.
The goal of the Mandy Awards was to be a one of a kind night; celebrating the amazing community of our listeners and all of us sharing some fun and laughs. The health and safety of our listeners, all of us at 710, and all the people who would work to produce and service our show remains what is most important. With the uncertainty surrounding the Omicron variant, holding the show on it’s scheduled night contains too many risks and will prevent us from being able to truly celebrate together, take pictures together and “press the flesh” with one another. We look forward to celebrating everything 710 ESPN on a future date, which will be announced soon.
